By placing an order on SeatCraft Co. ("the Website"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Website or placing orders.

2. Order Placement & Confirmation

  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order (e.g., name, delivery address, contact number).
  • The Website reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious order activity.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address upon successful order submission, but this does not constitute final order acceptance.

3. Payment Terms

  • The Website exclusively accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) as the payment method. No other payment options (credit cards, checks, digital payments) are available.
  • Full payment in cash must be made to the delivery driver upon receipt of your order. Failure to pay at delivery will result in order cancellation, and no further delivery attempts will be made.

  • You are responsible for being available at the provided delivery address during the estimated window. If no one is available to accept delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply.
